      I chatted to them online on the website, logged in and with the item in my cart, using the template @Rabid commented here:
      
      Hi I would like a price match please, my email is [email protected].

      <Price Match target url.com> thankyou very much
      
      Then refreshed the checkout, the discount was applied, then switched over to the app with the same account logged in to take advantage of the free shipping.
