They are single use redemption codes per account, so as Wakrak suggested you can use guest checkout and get it again.

Yeah I guess, I emailed them hoping to get a response.
But on their website this is what it says about order cancellation:
You can cancel your order only within 2 hours after placing it (go to the Order History page to proceed with cancellation). If it's been more than 2 hours, the order is likely to be already processed by our system
I'm giving them 1 more day to ship then i will just request a refund via paypal. When i ordered it was "shipping within 24 hours" now 72 hours, so i will wait the 72 hours + a little extra.
@tripp: Yeah after 72 hours I will be requesting a refund also, I imagine they were pretty swamped with orders but it would not be that hard to do a mass update email you would think.

You never know, they might have skipped the tracking/notification side entirely and got them in the mail. Hopefully they give an update soon if there is a significant delay.

Yeah a bit surprising 3700 went in an hour but it might be the rush of people coming home from work buying or an idiot who paid for 1000(which their system allows) who will just get refunded for 995 of them due to the limits imposed.
