  I've been waiting for an order from DickSmith since December 11th.. has anyone got any advice on how to get my money back? It's clearly never arriving and the tracking hasn't been updated.

      1st said that if I want to cancel I need to do it through my account online - but of course I can't cancel as it's been 'shipped'.

      I checked the tracking with Auspost and they say it's never been scanned by them.

      Second reply said it's 'on the way' - but as above, it's never been scanned.
