    The referral link just got added at my request. Previous requests to add it were rejected because with the standard promotion the referee wasn't getting anything out of the deal. Note that the website refers to both $10 and $7USD being the bonus in different parts of their website (in case anyone was wondering, I don't think it matters).

      Fee is around 0.7 - 0.9%, it goes lower the more you transact over time (there are tiers)
      Forex fee is around 0.4%
