The offer is for a $10 top-up into a new Kids Account Sharesies Wallet (the “Offer”).
To claim the Offer you need to enter the code “KIDS22” in the promo code field when opening a new Kids Account, and complete sign-up by 11:59 PM (New Zealand Time) on 30 June 2022.
The Offer is only available for new Sharesies NZ Kids Accounts opened using the promo code and doesn’t apply to adult accounts.
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes.
The Offer must be used to purchase investments through Sharesies before being withdrawn.
The promotional period is from 14 April 2022 to 11:59 PM on 30 June 2022.

This can be used in conjunction with the referral offer because you have to make a kids account through an adult account, with the adult using the referral. The kids account cannot be made without a linked adult account so can not be referred.
I believe the expiry has been extended, although might be a different code. TOTS22 should also work.
