      Yup they seem to pop up with some bad publicity a couple of times a year.
      Ironically when they run big sales people take notice and start talking about their issues.
      And when people start talking about their issues, they run some PR big sales to save face haha.

      I've only got a small list of companies I boycot and they are on it

    I'm not sure about the difference, but the Helix Turbo upright has a spinning belt powered brush. I bought one after my daughter was amazed at the suction and brush action. I had carpet cleaned, and vacuumed a few days before, but this thing got an amazing pile of fibres, dust, sand, and God knows what else out. Mine was around $110 after in store price beat with the Heathcotes one, (not price match) and the $5 off when spending $50 scanning the Warehouse app. They had no quibbles about price beating whatsoever.
    It's all plastic, not your $1k Dyson, but a great $100 vacuum!

      I've seen reviews saying the belt is the main issue, it either breaks or falls off a lot

      and I think both vacuums have a belt powered brush

      are the filters in the turbo washable or do they need replacing?

    Anyone had a price match declined because the packaging in the photo looks slightly different? And because the item is on a 2 for $$ promo which is still more expensive than the competitors store?

        You don't need to wait a few hours - you can do it straight away.
        Right at the beginiing of the chat you will see the name of the agent you are connected with.
        If it's the same one you just had then simply disconnect and repeat until you get someone different.
