You don't have to provide any payment info as the order processes as 'free'

Yea thought I managed to get five separate orders using the AFTERPAYDAY20 code, but got a follow up email from Midea to cancel all orders except the first one due to the following reason:
“The discount code can be used once per person. Therefore, we will only keep one order and cancel the other repeating orders.”
I suppose that’s fair enough to prevent abusing the system…

I clicked on your link with the under $20 items after they had changed their prices and everything was well above $20 😂
