    All coffee is roasted within a day or two before shipping. We only ship fresh coffee as a specialty coffee roaster.

    haha good catch. So used used to short-dated stock on here (oat milk, cosmetics etc) that I just used a catch all term.
    
    Good to see below that confirmed its freshly roasted and not dumping old stock!!
