They did ask my name, mobile and email address at the counter. Pretty much sold the personal information for $13.99 (luckily I used fake details for this kind of promotions)

The email is only for the receipt they sent after claiming the freebie. They asked my name and mobile first, but I couldn't remember my fake name, so they asked me the email address I registered with.
i went there today and it was just people redeeming the free item, i was wondering how do they make a business.
