Voucher needs to be purchased by the 27/8/23 but you have until the 30/9/23 to redeem.

The unique Kogan Mobile voucher included as part of this product is non transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Voucher must be purchased before 11:59pm NZST on 27/08/2023. Voucher must be redeemed before 11:59pm NZST on 30/09/2023. A Kogan Mobile SIM card is automatically included with a purchase of this plan. SIM delivery takes up to 14 working days, after which you can activate your plan. Activation or recharge must be made before the voucher expiry date. Voucher does not apply to subsequent recharges. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or promotional offers.

Just a few things to watch:

  • Make sure you uncheck the Kogan 'First' free trial when you signup, or at least cancel it before the 14 days is up. Otherwise you will get hit with the $149 annual sub.
    It will be automatically selected when you go to place your order.

  • If you already have an existing Kogan Mobile sub, don't add the voucher code until you need to. Either when your plan ends or by Sept 30th when the voucher expires. The code will not extend a current plan - it will overwrite it and you will lose whatever time you have left currently.

  • Uncheck the autorenew option on your Kogan Dashboard after you have applied the voucher (look for the 3 green dots … to find the option). It will be set to autorenew by default.

      just redeem the code and it will start on a large plan straight away iirc(meaning you also forfeit any remaining small plan time)

            @2cheap: Update. My partner just had her small deal expire this morning. Clicked on the link in the email that had the voucher code and followed prompts. Instant change to large deal. It even saved her additional add ons from small deal.

    Had a thought that it's unlikely, but possible…, that given Kogan's rather eccentric approach to its Kogan Mobile offers etc (on then off small plan account offers , no small plan 2023 birthday BOGOF, etc). So IMHO they might withdraw early the one remaining offer this large plan BOGOF. So I've gone ahead early with my BOGOF friend and purchased it early before the August 27th offer close date. For us (late September renewal question) it has a huge boost advantage over the small plan in monthly mobile internet data allocation (15 GB ver just 1.5GB), thou is only $7 or so more per month over the 365 day oeriod in cost, compared to the old BOGOF small 365 day deal. :)

      I don’t think it will end earlier than the 27th Aug but they have had issues in the past where it has gone out of stock and then come back again.
      I would buy before the 27th just in case.

      I’m not sure about Android but on iOS the ‘app’ is just a wrap around of the website anyway.
      If you create a shortcut then you can access it that way. Unfortunately, it’s not a great interface.

      Put your phone number as account number. That worked for me for broadband.
