yes main ingredient is sugar , my 7 year old was low on vitamin d and iron , for iron i used flintstones and solaray it took like 6 months of mostly regular use and the iron and vit d is normal .(as per blood tests at GP) my kids are brown skinned in south island not much of sun , gummies are like a good treat they understand they can only eat max 2 at a time and they are not actually candy,

I hate it how they use aramex for the free ship option, stopped buying from them because of this

  • Thank you for this.

I am lactose intolerance and i often stock up on 9000 IU Enzyme pills from this site, the ones we get over the counter in NZ are typically lower strength or chewable and taste horrid.

These are easy to take and allow you to drink dairy again. highly recommended if you are lactose intolerant.

    • Thanks for the tip!

    • Ditto, I add a cap to a bottle of organic milk and leave 24hrs for homemade lactose free milk

    • Nice! I normally buy these: https://www.chemistwarehouse.co.nz/buy/77812/lacteeze-double… but it looks like the iHerb ones are a lot cheaper (60 vs 40).

      Thanks!

    • Why not buy Lactase drops and make normal milk lactose free and save more bucks than take pills?

      • Lactose is found in many products outside of just milk, and I find in new zealand we do not really sell high strength medicines compared to what you can find on iherb or amazon(who largely sell the same brands, but dont ship here)

9000 is strong enough that you could down a glass of milk and a cheesy meal and be fine, when i tried the weaker ones i found i needed 2-3 just to achieve the same result, taking one pill with the first swig of your beverage is just so much easier.

Lactase drops are a great idea for milk, though. but i do enjoy my cheese and many dairy products too.

According to my last order in March, they've increased the prices of all my ordered products by 12%.
    Just an fyi.

  • +1

Just note some of the prices have been jacked up significantly in some cases. The NMN I bought 2 weeks ago has gone from $55 to $75

  • +1

In 73 years time will they do a 100% off sale?

  • Shame it's only for "supplements;" the most expensive thing in my cart wasn't eligible. Still took a good handful of dollars of the rest though!

    • +1

The promo goes for all of September - it’s just supplements for the first few days.
You will find other things discounted after this code expires so your expensive item may still get discounted yet.

      • Ooh very good point!

    • 27% off body care now.. in case that helps
