Early 2010s was the golden age for b&h. Bought many dslr lenses and photography equipments from them. Cheap delivery and no taxes. Nowadays, forget it.
Really not a fan of Arlo anymore since they moved to subscription only. I think eufy is/has taken them over as far as good quality free to use security cameras. My latest cameras have inbuilt solar, advanced AI recognition, 4K resolution and upto 16tb of onboard storage. I could retain years worth of camera footage if I wanted.
It is telling that the arlo Pro 2, an older camera but with free 7 day cloud storage can sell for more second hand than the later model pro 3 and maybe even pro 4 cameras.
Arlo have announced End of Life for the Pro 2 and the other devices that have free 7 day cloud recording, so they will also require a subscription when that EOL date arrives
I have only one Arlo camera left the Arlo Q Wired, and that seven days support as well as app support will be ending, also had D-Link Smart plugs (4) which are now obsolete because D-Link do not support them anymore.
They first announced that the EOL would be July 2023 but them backed off on their decision and that people could still use 7 day cloud storage for free on early Arlo cameras indefinitely.
