  • Hi. Can you help work out if these will work on my blinds if I give you the details? Thanks.

  • Do these meet AS/NZS electrical standards?

Unfortunately that is a question that OP has never answered on any of their previous posts.

I’m going to downvote this post for that reason and report the OP for not answering these questions ever.
You can only infer that they are non-compliant given that OP has been a member for over five years, made 14 posts and the only response I can see over that time is that ‘we have certifications’ but no evidence.

        • its battery powered with USB-C charging port, what tAS/NZS electrical standards do you expect it to have?

          • +1

@lasc: My downvote is because OP never answers the questions being asked after over five years of being a member and posting here.
If it doesn't require certification then they just need to say so.
There have been other posts made that are AC powered like this one but the pattern is the same.
            Post and then ghost.

  • At a glance, looks like it's just this - https://www.aliexpress.com/i/1005005887474706.html but rebranded.

    • this seems to be AC powered model

    • This also has different communication protocol. OP's is thread/matter while yours is wifi based.

There is a zemismart store on Aliexpress and using discounts it can be had for lower price. Again, if it's battery powered not sure on what regulation it falls under. If it is AC powered then yes it would need certifications.
