  If something is refurbished, I'd expect the battery to be replaced. Do you do this?

    It depends. An original Apple battery @ 90% is more effective than a 3rd party battery @ 100%. Less prone to issues, etc. We will replace if the battery falls below 80% but not if it's above.

      So what exactly makes it refurbished? It seems you test the device, grade it, then sell it. Does refurbished just mean used in this case?

        Sorry for the late response. Yep, it most of our cases it just means used.
