Its been about 10 hours since I bought using shopback link but there's still no tracking.

This is correct - it says on the Shopback site it can take two days to track, and then 120 (?) days to actually get credited.
My VPN purchase got tracked within 1 hour but not dominos even after weeks. Support says I need to wait until August for it to get tracked.

I've found if I keep asking for the minimum spend to be removed constantly I receive increasingly large coupons.

If you keep asking for the same thing, the bot will transfer you to the live chat. Was that not the case for you? Did you receive a coupon > 20% off?
Add anything to take your order over min spend and place the order. Immediately after go to the order and cancel the item you don't want. The remaining items will still be shipped.

Temu App > Account > Cashback banner. Tracked items will show in a list there. That said, mine has just appeared after about 12 hours of the original Temu order

I don't know for sure, but my inclination would be that you would start on ShopBack, click through to Temu, create an account, and go from there in order to get the 100%.
An account created previously, regardless of whether it had ever purchased or not, would not be a 'new Temu account' from my perspective, and I can't see how ShopBack could possibly know whether that account had over purchased before or not, since they won't have access to your purchase history.
Temu tracks devices so if you've installed or used temu on the the device before it may consider it not a new user
Purchase went through at 12:00, heartbreaking.
Mines tracked and strangely it's at 100% of the $50 order. As it's lots of items each one has tracked as under $30. If I'd known that's I'd have spent more 🤣

Imagine if there was no cap!
Then imagine that your mega purchase, comprising multiple shipping containers worth of good (free shipping over whatever the minimum order amount is this week), did not track through the cash back process… not that it has ever happened before, but always possible :-)
