1.5m HDMI Cable $0.72 Click and Collect @ Dick Smith

100

Suspect we're all getting a bit sick of DickSmith posts but this is a bargain for under $1 - as of posting showing stock in Wellington and Auckland stores for click and collect (And i'm sure others but didn't want to check a million postcodes).

    Bought 3, don't need them??? :)

    • So far i've resisted but might grab one since I have to go with a friend to pick up a printer anyway.

I got 6 in the $2 for 3 packs, which worked out cheaper than this.

Have been trying to find a cheap one while travelling, but no luck, and they have them cheap at home!

      • please take more of muh moneeeeeeeyy…….

That's been me for the past week. The staff in store yesterday joked they should hire me i'm there so much.

          @asmcar:

They could hire you as a customer, they seem to need more of those!

        • @Shaw:

Haha it seems every time I wander in there I manage to find a deal still so don't think they need to hire me as that yet!

        • @asmcar: That's the silliest part of this whole fire sale. It is all so random. You have to get in there and take the time to fossick through the rubble. Like some weird electronics archaeological dig. Some deals to be found but have to commit the time and energy. Not even the staff seem to know what they have or for what price.

        • @Jay:

It's been good for me because it's my quiet time at work so I can shoot down on short notice if need be. Probably lucky i'm not in Auckland as the geographic spread of Wellington limits me to around 5 stores!

The staff i've encountered have been great at making the system work to get me the best deal even when already discounted (Like with Mates rates, adjusting pricing to match online etc).

@asmcar: Good staff make all the difference to any business. Not sure that DSE is looking after their main asset, the people. Their traditional cost cutting method seems to be to reduce store staff, and expect more of them.

        • @Jay:

I feel sorry for some of those staff who have been getting demanding customers over the weekend expecting cheap Apple devices after they began advertising the sale a week after all the good deals had gone.

    • That's the Ozbargain Cheapies way.

  • Showing as .82 cents till the end of today.

Ta. 72 cents today, unexpired the deal and updated it.

  • There's also gold plated version for $2.24 if anyone wants to pay extra for gold version..
