      I signed up 2 weeks ago at the beginning of clearance sale, since then, I received two promo code. Maybe they got your email address wrong?

      They can usually apply it without the email code in store. I signed up for it and they let me use the discount immediately however YMMV.

        I can confirm that this is true. Just ask that you're signed up for mates rates and they'll search you up in their system so you can just use $10 off for your $50+ orders!
