Same deal as last time but this time using a generic code, when using the 15% off + $400-$500 trade in boost code (FLASHAUG) it removes the current store offer ($200-$300 discount, $200-$300 trade in boost, free Galaxy Buds FE for S24, free Galaxy Watch5 Pro LTE for S24+ and S24 Ultra, free Super Fast Wireless Charger Duo charging pad) but they also have another deal going (UPGRADES24) that gives an additional $250 trade in boost but allows you to keep the store offer. From my testing it works out you pay about $120 for the watch & charging pad so take your pick. Neither seem to work with the 10% members code.

Was able to get an S24 for $718.34 with trading in my cracked screen S20FE ($17+$400), 10% first time app discount, and 10% members discount.
For using the same discounts (including trade in) the S24+ turned out to be $993.74, the S24 Ultra $1269.14

NOTE: UPGRADES code is only for the below Z6 series offer, the $400-$500 trade in boost for S24 series is automatically applied in the cart after going through the trade in screen.

This is on the standard Samsung store/app and is good until 11/08 at 11am.

Also a good promo running on the Z Fold6/Flip6, 25% off + $100 trade in boost + $50 trade in boost for online exclusive colours + code "UPGRADES" for an additional $200 trade in boost (edit: must be trading in S series for this code to work), in the EPP store with the first time 10% discount you can get a Z Flip6 for $914.82. Same discount on the Fold also.
This deal is on both EPP and standard store however your total will be higher on the standard store. UPGRADES code expires 31/08
EDIT: It appears the 25% offer is now only available on the EPP store. Expires 29/08 11am. The terms and conditions don't state anything about the 25% discount, just the trade in boosts and $100 discount, so I'm guessing the 25% off can disappear at any moment (and go back to the standard EPP discount).

Combine any of these with the amex deal and you've got a pretty unbeatable price

    May just wait another 7 months for the S25 series. Looking forward to trading in my S22+ once and for all.

  • I think it might be possible that the codes can be used more than once.
    I had the 30% code that samohtxotom posted in my cart for over a day and it was still showing the discount til i removed it to see if i could get some other codes working
    but when I tried to add it back it said it had already been used.
    So maybe if we all add the code to our carts first before anyone uses it we might all be able to use one

      No, it might show as working in the cart, but when you proceed to checking out the used code will automatically be removed.

    $414 for s24 ultra 256gb, buds 3, buds 3 pro, buds case, and 2 x tags. Couldnt swing the free battery pack unfortunately.

    What a deal though. Saved nearly $3k

      • Trade in (s23 ultra 512gb for $1200), afterpay, 10%, 30%, and $400 evoucher. And then found $14 on samsung reward vouchers. Well worth an annual upgrade as the 256gb s23 ultra would have only been $50 less at trade in. Hopefully a similar deal comes around next year.

          • @doubledippps: Nearly! With the $400 voucher and other discounts they were about $120 or so all up. Hard to tell as prices would change depending on what was in the cart. Shame the free wireless charging pack wouldnt stay in the cart though. Insane discounts so no complaints here

    Can I have a raise of hand if you placed an order after 12 Aug 2pm and had issue with the $400 evoucher due to their website issue?

    Lets stick together🤝 here so we can discuss the next course of action if they refuse to honour the promo.

    • I got a reply from the estore team regarding this. They said a post purchase specialist is looking into it but given estore team's reputation, I'm not too sure what compensation we'll get.

    • One of the agents said the 30% voucher excludes other promos, which is also why the free battery pack drops off and it wouldn't stack with one of the 10% off codes. It's in the Ts and Cs for the 30% voucher apparently. But sounds like some got lucky and it worked.

        • Nah it worked for everyone afterthat. It has nothing to do with 30%. I have a video not adding any code and the 400 still not applied during checkout.

          @jemas in this thread has got it successfully after that. I tried to get him to open private message so that he can send a screenshot of all the promo included but he just ignored me.

          • @KiwiHunts4CheapDeals: Yes you're absolutely right , nothing to do with the 30% code. $400 voucher is applied before any discount codes are entered and did not work before any codes were entered. And yes the very next day the discount voucher worked. And yes I got the free battery pack so that's another made up story but not the $400 voucher. It's no doubt Samsung will come up with these excuses mainly because of their shoddy website and Customer Service which has been like that for years. I had a number of emails from Samsung about this issue and they all end with we have flagged up our purchase specialist to investigate this matter and provide you with the necessary support promptly., which is code for we're not gonna do anything.

              • @KiwiHunts4CheapDeals: Yes got an email from Samsung New Zealand to say that the E store needed more information which of course they already had the screenshots, reference number so I just think they put me on a merry-go-round. But I sent them all information again anyway.

            • @pdevonporf: Did you get the battery pack to work with the $400 and the 30%?

              It seems random what works and what doesn't, but I took clause 9 of the 30% voucher to mean it was intended to be a standalone voucher and any stacking was just good luck rather than anything else. It didnt stack with the 20% student deal, for example.

              Might see if they will comp a battery pack then as I grabbed a screenshot of the 'offers' before buying.

              Hopefully they sort these issues before the s25 deals come out haha.

                @Cammo: I got the battery pack with a 30% deal Plus the 10% and $150 of vouchers and trade in boost but the $400 never loaded at the checkout, and that was on 12 August but the very next day after they replenished the stock I went back in with a 10% and my iPhone as a trade in and the $400 Ev worked but I did not go through with the sale it was just to see if it was still broken.

                • @pdevonporf: Sounds like the issue is with their website and staff get told to trot out the default line that things can't stack. Would be great if they honour it all post sale…

          • @marmitesammy: Agreed! The contact centre may as well not exist. I didn't get anything to say it had been received, just an email from an assurant address with the device details etc.

            I would suggest reaching out to assurant rather than Samsung?

            • @Cammo: Good you got it processed. They are sh!t as well. Mine and few others have sent the device more than 15 days now. Tracking site still says awaiting shipment of my device. I have contacted assurant atleast 4 times with all the details and still nothing. I can see atleast 5 people from samsung/assurant in cc, but no actual updates.

              And they keep sending me automated responses. See more here

                    They charged my CC $400 (bonus trade-in) on the same day they approved my trade-in 3 days ago.

                    Luckily I set a lower spending limit on my CC so the transaction failed. Seriously Samsung NZ is sh!t!

                    So I suggest all of u to set a lower limit on CC for now to avoid any sudden charges from Samsung.

                • @marmitesammy: Just to add my experience - traded in two S8’s which were processed immediately and we got an email confirming successful trade in. But two A04’s sent in at around the same time are stuck on “awaiting shipment” even though tracking shows delivered.

                  I’m not 100% sure but perhaps they are doing the more expensive phones first? It doesn’t make sense but it would explain why the A04’s haven’t been processed yet. Just sent an iPhone 7 in so will see how long that takes.

                  I hope I don’t get charged the $400 on the trade-ins, their support can be so slow and unreliable.
