    Temu is a scam. Last offer wasn't honoured and they gave me the cold shoulder when I chased it up.

    Sleezy spinning wheels and useless promotions. Don't waste your time, which is not worth the effort to jump through the hoops.

      I've only taken up one ShopBack x TEMU offer, and it tracked okay. This was back in June. Will be available for withdrawal on the 1st of October. Order total was $44.45. Cashback amount is $37.03

    A bit of a warning, if you think, well I need nordvpn, so I might as well get the top plan with the 1TB online storage. For me at least, on a VDSL connection, the storage is unusable. I tried it a year ago, and it failed, and just tried it again now, and it still fails (web page upload). I think its expecting a faster upload speed, and timing out. VDSL upload speed is terrible.
    Tried on 3 pc's, ad blockers off, no go.

      just so you know, nordvpn cashback is only valid for basic plan. Secondly, I won't trust any of this VPN guys for my online storage.

        yes good point, I certainly dont store any personal documents on anything like that.
        Large online storage would only be for archiving movies and stuff like that (some stuff you can no longer get hold of, so quite valuable)

        in the previous post on the nord cashback, it terms and conditions said standard plan only, but the associated rep said all plans, so its very confusing.

        good timing, as my nord subscription runs out in a month so was going to purchase anyway.

        Also a bit annoying with how NordVPN only accepts USD currency. My bank charged me around ~140ish for the cost, yet I only got tracked $129 for 100% Cashback rate. Considering I choose a country with no taxes, it's a stark difference.

    Did my temu order, hopefully it tracks ok. Created the temu account, then clicked through from shopback.
    Presumably this will work, and you dont have to create the account after you click from shopback.

    I have some questions about the NordVPN cashback, it says: "Cashback is only valid for New NordVPN Subscriptions & Standard Plan only". What is the Standard Plan? do they mean the Basic Plan (it is how NordVPN called it)? If so, there are 3 options: 1 month plan, 1 year plan, 2 years plan, the cashback will apply to all those plans?

    Yes they mean the basic plan.
    I just got my cashback approved already, only purchased this morning (the two year basic plan).

    I would imagine it would be any of the three terms, but you might as well get two years, because at the moment you get 3 months free.
    My cashback is around $5 more than I paid.

      Also wondering this as it does say it’s available when using DoorDash through shopback and the rules state “This Cashback deal is not valid together with: Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform”. It is featured on the platform but not sure that it’s ok to use.

        Could go either way, but if I had to guess, I think the 10$ cash back would come through even if you use the in-app promo code. Just don’t think DoorDash and ShopBack are communicating about whether promotions were used too

        I think it often depends how onto it the retailer is, some will find any reason to reduce/deny cashback and others don't notice and you get away with it.

      Unfortunately if the code is offered from DoorDash page (web or app) it will not be eligible for Cashback. Only codes or promo advertised from our site (ShopBack App or Web) will only be eligible for Cashback

Have a $10 tracked cashback from Dominoes on the 10th May that was to be confirmed/payable by the 8th August. 42 Days later its still just confirmed. I also have another $1.50 from the 25th May that was supposed to be payable 23rd August 27 days later no change. I also noticed Dominoes no longer feature on your website. I dont seem to be able to get this sorted.

    @gotyourback I just bought concert tickets from ticketmaster. Why does it say the following?

    We understand it's disappointing to see your Cashback as $0.00. This can happen when certain factors make a purchase ineligible, including:

    • Applying a promo code or discount not listed on ShopBack

    • Modifying, cancelling, or refunding the order

    • The store having specific exclusions

    I didn't use any promo code or cancel /modify the order. Why am I ineligible?

    The 100% Cashback for Temu was fake like I thought:
    Ordered Temu NZ $43.59, new account, under the threshold. Shopback confirms "click" to Aliexpress in tracker history
    Shopback says "Purchase amount" was $35.92 (20% less that what I paid) and that the cashback is only $21.55
    Whatever I guess, still get just under 50% back.

    Just got tracking confirmation for my TEMU cashback. Spent $90.53. Got $40.74 cashback (which I'm guessing is because of GST = $11.80).
