Looks like this is the same as the D+ deal from last September.

  A similar promotion is running in US for $1.99 per month. Haven't tried but VPN sign up may bring it down even further to 9.5 NZD.

    I tried singing up for US using vpn but they won't accept the payment is the credit card registered for this does not accept my PayPal or nz credit card or the Wise card as being registered with the country the subscription is to be base on. Any ideas on work around guys?

    It only states you can’t have an active subscription so it might work. You would just need to wait for your billing month to end first. Worst case is that it doesn’t work and you pay the same price anyway.
    Alternatively, you could create a new account and do it that way. Would need a new email and payment card.
