Ah, sorry, didn't check the link first. Forgotten that I'd had a bit of a rant about it previously. Love my milk, especially raw milk straight from the vat (in the old days, anyway). So a bit passionate about quality milk, and Klondyke is one of my favourite brands. Apologies for the repeat….

This deal is semi-permanent. Has been that price for at least four months, if not longer.
Also worth noting that Mad Butcher uses independent dairy companies such as Klondyke . Unlike the mainstream milk companies (Fonterra affiliates), Klondyke have a policy of not using Permeate in their milk. Permeate is basically a milk solids filler (waste product) to artificially raise the protein levels to standardised requirements. Permeate is to milk as 'pink slime' is to the meat filler industry.
So though cheaper in price, this milk is actually of a far better quality than the more expensive brands. Not as watery and a much stronger fresh taste. Not usual to get a mouth full of cream with the first pour out of the bottle.
