    Amazing price! Just bought ten.

  • Anyone know what the upgrade cost is for IMAX?

Depends on the movie, normally $2.50 but if it's a big new marvel movie or something then it's $4.50. (I'm talking about the Queen street IMAX, not sure about the Queensgate one.)

      • how is the imax experience these days?, i went to the cinemas the other day and there was a stain on the screen, made me wonder how run down that place is.

        • Seats are horrible, but you can't beat the screen size.

    Is this cheap?
I'm not aware of current prices but I just checked Moana 2 tickets at this schedule Tue 17 Dec, 5:50 PM at Manukau
    $12 each + fees.

    • Oh nevermind, it looks like standard adult price on other schedules are $24.

      • Yea mon and Tues is this cheap, they have promos through the period, around this price.
This is a good deal if you want to see it during the times you want.

    • Fees. Is it not free to book tickets?
    • +3

Nop its a "Convenience fee" gently directing customers to the counter which increases the chance of snack purchase where the real money is.

      • Hoyts has avelectromic kiosk to book without fee. Event cinemas don't?

        • +1

the fee is when you book online, its a fomo thing to get the best seats early and to monitor how many seats have sold.

    • its $1.70 per ticket.
