    Is there a time limit on when the credit must be used? From the wording, it sounds like it expires on 6 Jan?

      6 Jan is when the triple promo ends. The credit will last 12 months after last top up or used.

        Just for clarification, you can use the credit forever (unless Timezone closes) as long as you keep the card alive by either using some ie playing a game, or adding any amount of credit before 12 months. Everytime you do this, you will get another 12 months.

        So well worth it if you plan to go often over a number of years even. Maybe even go for those blue($200), gold($1000) or even platinum card ($5000) for more benefits like cheaper games(10-15% off), free games, bonus points etc :D

          I bought the promo in 2023 (23rd Dec), have not used it once and still have the full balance. I wonder if they have removed the expiry altogether now? I have logged in a few times to check it was still there, but haven't added any more or used it.

      No.
      You need to go to a Timezone and get a card first. Then load your initial funds there.
      After that you can top up in the app.

      You can normally load up in store, with cash or any other payment method(ie eftpos, Credit cards, shopping complex giftcards, pressie cards) and still get the bonuses. At least in my experience.

      You dont need to have a card linked to the app either, though I highly recommend it to easily check your balance, tickets and expiry dates. And there are bonuses like the free $10 sign in one

      It has crossed my mind, but they do have an awful lot of stores. And retail isnt generally good at the moment with consumer spending down economy wide. But at least the Timezones I've been to are fairly busy still.
