    @gotyourback For Nordvpn is the plus plan included in the cashback or only Basic plan? T&C only mentions Standard plan, but there is no such plan on Nordvpn website. So is that Basic plan only? Please confirm. Thanks.

      Other plans contain Nordpass which is excluded according to the Ts&Cs.

        Thanks. Considering other plans had addtional 6 months free. I thought that it might be good and also as the cashback was 120% no problem getting it.

    How do I get ShopBack to apply if I’m booking via Agoda and paying at a later date?

      As long as you click through to Agoda via the shopback app or website it should track when you make the booking. It will not become approved untill after you have paid and completed your stay.

          Yes. You can open a case from your click history if it doesnt track.

    When signing up to Nord, I can switch country of residence to USA to not needing to pay GST.
    Will doing this affect the Cashback from Shopback?

      I've done it previously with the cashreward cashback setting nordvpn to USA when signing up and it went through perfectly fine. Unless shopback is different, I don't see why it would be a problem =)

    I spent 234 AUD to buy the complete version for two years, but the purchase amount shown on shopback is only 157.8. I think this is not right. What about you?

      Only basic plan is eligible. You should cancel the complete version. Anyway that's not useful either. Why would you even get complete version?

      For NordVPN, the usual tracking time for cashback is around 2 days from the date of purchase. It can sometimes take a bit longer, depending on the transaction, but it should show up soon!

    The Shopback extension on my Chrome doesn't turn green when I go to NordVPN's site despite clicking through Shopback. This will mean I won't receive the cashback, correct?

      The ShopBack Button doesn’t always turn green for every store, and in some cases, we might not have partnered with them just yet. However, you can still earn Cashback by making sure you click through to the store via the ShopBack app or website first before making your purchase.

    My wifes cashback didnt track, then we had to raise a support case and they tracked the spend at 3% instead of 120%…
    Temu first time user, purchased on 19 Feb.

      Did she have the items in her cart beforehand? that can be an issue and you need to start with an empty cart.

      Same situation here, my cashback initially didn’t track and after case raised they’ve now confirmed at 3%. However my mum, who made a similar purchase in her account has tracked at ~83% even though not confirmed? Odd..
