        Palmy North is mine mate, don't visit PaknSave much since leaving Lower Hutt though.

        Prices seem pretty much inline with what you've posted, for the veges anyway.

        • These are indeed the Palmerston North specials. I think they could be good enough to tempt you in store. Ends Sunday.

        • @Mark Wasley: The Palmy specials are IMO much better than the ones we get in Auckland.

    • You can buy much cheaper veges at the vege shops, as well as those Asian supermarkets. In Auckland we got the Avondale street market every Sunday.

      • Yea, agree to some extent. We used to frequent the local market weekly until we moved.

        It does depends on whether there is a market run in a particular area though, generally the cheaper ones are in the main centers.
