For anyone who is interested, there is a very detailed review of the model at Budget Light Forum
This model is identical specs with slight design differences to recent CC deal CREE XPE Q5but about $1 less (with discount codes) At a delivered cost of just over NZ$2 each, these make nice standby presents and emergency kit additions.
Only question I have is if the tech specs are identical, why does this model have a beam distance of 100-150m, whereas the other one is 50-100m?
Considered opinion seems to be that these are actually closer to 400 lumens than 600 lumens. But still good enough for a glovebox carry.
