The Breakaway Festival of Cycling is in its fourth year of running and this year focuses on getting more people involved in cycling. The programme kicks off on Wednesday 5 October with a ‘Go by Bike Day’ event at Upper Hutt City Council offering a free breakfast and coffee for participants.

Bike to work, or cycle with your family to the Council Chambers at Upper Hutt City Council for a free breakfast.
