sorry to hear that, i've had/seen quite a few deals by various retailers not get honoured for many reasons, my favourite was one retailer said they were hacked. If they just said they made a mistake that would be fine with me as we are all only human.
@nachos: I wouldnt have mind if they just told me it was a mistake instead they had to say that my credit card didnt pass their security check even after i had money deducted off my credit card + received their order confirmation lol. I ordered quite a few things with the same account + credit card with them a few weeks ago and there never was ANY security check fails. Also even after i questioned them about it, they said they cannot disclose the reason why it failed.
I feel annoyed by the sound just by looking at the picture…
