Oops, I just bought one from PBTech, without checking it was the same model! There goes a hard earned $10.
I have this printer. Great connectivity but everything else is pretty basic.
It's nowhere near as bad as the review make it out to be, but at the same time I wouldn't rush to buy it again. These printers are basically just a money pit for you to spend on cartridges.
The new ones come with “sample” cartridges that can only print a couple of pages.unless this printer is free or close to be free, there isnt much point of getting one, i had one before, it was not great
Thanks for pointing out the 1 star reviews. Looks like it's a no go. Anyone suggest a good home printer to look out for?
hp m277dw is a printer we have from one of the deals ages ago, not used much but seems pretty good overall
Have had to turf out a Canon and FujiXerox due to issues after a year or so each. Got a Brother inkjet from a deal on here and it’s been really good. No issues with refill cartridges either.
Can't go wrong with Brother multi-function printers in my opinion, when they have their next cash back deal. Has been very handy and reliable during lockdown.
Best printer on the market as you can refill the cartridges yourself and over ride the printer by pushing one button.I have printed
thousands of pages for just a few dollars .I have brought another one as this feature is quiet rare.Where do you get refills from, i got a hp printer in haste during lockdown but cant seem to find refills for hp 965 cartridge
With the Canon PIXMA TR7560 you just have to remove each cartridge fill each one with bottled ink by drizzling onto the sponge exit.I am still using the same low volume cartridges that cam with the printer and have refilled them 10 or more times with the paper count just over 2800
Where do you source your refill ink from?
@Jaxson: trademe
Can you share link to buy refill ink bottles.
Or buy non genuine cartridges for about 15-18 from Trademe. Lasts us a good while.
these cash back deals can be quite bad for the environment if people are just buying the printer and then throwing it away when the cartridge is empty.
You can buy four 100ml refill bottles on trade me for $30 ,that will print about 6000 color A4 pages
Price is showing $179 to $119 now.
Lol so it actually cost more now after the cash back than it did originally!!
Got one from pbtech last year for $69. After cash back it was $9. Really good printer no issues.
Terrible reviews. Everyone giving it 1 star out of 5. I wouldn't buy it if it was free.
