  • The 3rd Gen Echo Dot - is down to $44 at JB Hifi and PB Tech - that appears to be one of the cheaper prices ever looking on Pricespy

    There appears to be minimal to any difference between the 3rd and 4th gen apart from look according to the reviews.

    • The only difference between the 2 that I've heard of is audio, they both have the same speaker but the speaker placement on Gen 4 is now front facing which apparently fills the room with sound a bit better. It really comes down to what design you like, they're both much of a muchness.
