    Going through the same conundrum currently on behalf of my parents who had settled on bambino but with this deal are now on the fence again. I think the main deciding factors given both apparently have the same warranty, pull good shots, and steam milk well for entry level machines are 1) heat time, 2) footprint and 3) price.

    Bambino
    +heat time 3sec (duo is 20sec)
    +smaller bench footprint
    -does not come with the milk jug with some retailers (duo does)
    -weaker 9 bar pump (duo is 15) which if it still pulls a good shot as per all the reviews is not really an issue
    -400ml smaller water tank (not really an issue for general home use)
    -about $80 more when on special compared to duo current pricing (need ~20$ extra for milk jug too)

    If anyone has experience with either machine (or both) what are your thoughts?

  We bought one of these yesterday to only discover it does NOT have a coffee grinder built in! Going to return it because having to buy a separate coffee beans grinder, then taking it out to grind the coffee every time we want to make coffee using this machine is going to be annoying.
