    I don't know if it would be the same case as Torpedo7 discount, when they ask you to show the whole email in your inbox.

    I thought it would be great to share but,sadly, it does not seem to be working.

  It works for me in store. I just showed them the screenshot to the counter. The lady had to ask her manager for approval.

  usually these are targeted and linked to certain inactive accounts so I'm not surprised if it doesn't work for you
