I got an email entitled 'Don't miss out on these hot hech deals' and it said I had a $5 credit balance.
Sure enough there it is
Says it was issued on Black Friday - I didn't do anything to activate it and says it expires on the 1st Dec.
Some may get more credit than me but hey $5 for free!

No. In fact I haven’t shopped at SCA in about 18 months and my last purchase was from the Cranford St store.

I believe that these are sent out to people who initially paid for the supercheap auto membership. It was some deal like pay $5 and get $10 credit on your first purchase. I also received the $5 credit on a couple of those accounts.

I've had this account for 4 years so probably not in this case. Unless you're saying it's not only recent account creations.
It's probably that I haven't ordered anything with this account in X days and has less than X orders per year or some other algorithm.
No activity on my account except for the last free $10 they sent in July.
Just seen i received $5 credit with the same dates also , but received the credit in relation to the re opening of the Riccarton store going by emails..
