We tried that, If you can't pay today they can't process at the 40% off price when collecting. I'm going to email and see if they can price match as it's clearly a system limitation not being able to click and collect when there is stock. Their website dynamically changes as you add more quantity to show when a store lacks the stock to fulfil an order but doesn't let you do anything at that store.
I've actually given up so if the response says no I'm just returning the 2 I do have and will look at other options.
yeah its pretty daft that they are not allowing stores to fufill c&c orders anymore. takes so much longer and delays from the central warehouse are not uncommon.
Oh when did this come in? So is there still a charge to pick up if the store doesn't have stock?

Not sure whether this will help or not, but I had a ‘similar’ situation last year with a couple of garden chairs on a special; only 1 can be ordered at that price point; when I order 2 the price increases.
So I put in 2 separate (individual) orders; same account, email, payment, etc; nothing different. Both went through and both were available for pickup at the same store at the same time.
Nope it was clearly a stock issue at the distribution warehouse despite my order not needing to come from there and it being available in a store. So had I ordered the single chair the one left in stock would be gone stopping me ordering a second at all. I know for sure because we went down this route and once one was at the final payment stage the website then said there was nothing and it was sold out completely. It's just a bad site that any online order is based on the central stock despite saying the quantity wanted is available at a store which changes dynamically as you adjust quantities. I can't order them at all now so click and collect isn't an option.
bit strange but the frames exclude the milan frames on the marketclub discount for some reason
Tried ordering some dining chairs, what a faff. Seems like stores I can get to over the weekend have the stock but online only allows 1, so you can't click and collect a set, only a single chair. Asked their live chat and they said it was limits to stop people buying multiples. Who wants one chair 🤣
I'm guessing their website will only sell from central stock even for store pick up which seems mad when stores have the stock to sell. They won't do anything to help click and collect from store despite it being their system that doesn't allow it.
