I guess it's better to buy service or products that they acutally have a store in NZ from grabone, otherwise it's very hard to get warranty from them. I have been contacting them for a month now, and all the replies I got from them is pretty much that they couldn't get hold of the supplier and ask me to be patient
Depending what the item is, request a time frame in which they will confirm a resolution or you'll take them to the disputes tribunal (which they won't turn up to due to cost and they'll be ordered to pay you out anyway).
They have to be reasonable as to turnaround time, if not, you can go after the supplier.

To add to this: it's not your problem that they can't get in touch with the supplier. As the customer, you have a right to a speedy resolution with the retailer, which in this case is GrabOne. If they can't get in touch with the supplier they still owe you a resolution to your issue.
