      I think C&C is free if the item is available at your pick-up store. Otherwise, they charge for full delivery. Good idea to minimise work at the stores but irritate the customers.

  Looks like stuff that normally has manufacturer set minimum prices is discounted as well. I have never seen the Yakima Foldclick 2 under ~$930 and it is $874.29 with the discount. Possibly other deals around on stuff that doesn't normally get discounted.
