  make sure to triple check you made sure you entered the code, possibly record yourself entering it in while signing up. I had to ring them up and get them to add the credit to my account and that was a bit of a hassle, they reckoned I didn't sign up with the code..

    I got the auto email from them when sign up and it shows code used. Ill print that to pdf just in case. Swapped over on Monday

  Can you get this credit again by going back to Contract if you previously got this credit but have since changed to another Broadband provider?
