    Say I choose the large 15GB/month plan - what happens when you use up your 15GB in the given month? Does it revert to slow speed data (like other providers) or do you get ZERO data connection at all, until your plan resets for the next month?

      There is no data beyond 15GB for the given month. You will have to buy add-on data pack if you need more, check price on their website.

      As @mtx05 said above, there is no data beyond your allocation. Once it's used up the data stops.
      If you need more data then you can buy it but data add-ons are expensive with Kogan - see rates here
      Best to work out how much you think you will need on average and if you need more than 15GB per month then go with the Extra Large pack with 32GB.

      2 SIM cards if you are a new user.
      The plan includes one SIM card and a code but since this is a BOGOF deal you get this twice.

          I didn't order this time around - I'm just going off the Kogan information that states 'New customers will be sent a Free SIM card!'
          Previously you had the option to choose whether you wanted a SIM or not.
          You can login to your order history here which will show if a SIM card has been dispatched.
          It should show Voucher code x2 and SIM card x2.

          Hi, the system now recognises your email address. If you have an email that is not a current customer that has a current plan, it will send you 2 sim cards. If you are a current customer, it will send 1 sim card. If you are a current customer and require an additional sim card, let our customer service team know and we will send you one.

              @dryburn: No. Even though it's the same parent company the SIM cards are different.
              You will need a Kogan SIM if you don't have one already.

                @bigcheese: So if first time using Kogan sim and want to travel/port existing sim across, does it matter which order you port or use voucher first? Can you port after using voucher?

                  @L3tstaxth1s: You choose which option you want at the time of activation.

                  The options are:
                  1. Yes, Transfer (Port) Exisiing Number
                  2. No, use the Phone Number on the SIM pack.

                  After you select which option you want then the voucher is applied.
                  You can't use the voucher on the Kogan SIM and then try to bring your number across afterwards.

    Am I blind or is there now no mention of 5G for any of the plans on the deal page, only 4G? I think when I looked a week or so ago ‘4G’ was actually ‘5G’

      It's 5G where available.
      Kogan are crap at updating so when you click on the individual plans it still refers to 4G which is old.

      If you look on the main page you will see each deal states 'Fast 5G Network Speeds' as well as further down under 'Why Choose Kogan Mobile' it has 5G Network speeds.
