          It's because each SIM card and code is treated as a separate order.
          You just get two orders for the price of one with the offer.
          It would be more efficient (and cheaper - only one postage needed) for Kogan to do it all together but I'm assuming their systems aren't set up for that.

    Have anyone received only 1 sim with this deal? Took it almost 14 days to received the sim and it's only 1x, contacted them but no reply yet.

      The sims were dispatched separately. If you have not received both sims 10 days after order please message our customer care team and they will send another

    I'm having major problems porting my number to Kogan. I've discovered that if you add another Kogan sim to the same account, that's fine, but then if you try and port a number to that sim, it just hangs in the "porting stage". They've clearly outsourced their customer support offshore somewhere useless, because their canned reply / work is to cancel the porting request and make you do the same thing again, and let it hang.

    Really frustrating as I'm stuck with my number on a provider without any data/calls, and a Kogan sim with the BOGOF offer that has a random number I can't use.

    So yeah be warned, if things go well, it goes well, if it doesn't, you're in trouble. Big trouble.

    I tried with creating a new account for another number, and it goes through fine - bearing in mind though, to have a Kogan account, first you must be on a plan.

    • I have the same problem, keep getting porting failed & unsuccessful, and Kogan is not replying the message and I can't find the live chat, can I know how you eventually get it resolved please?

      • No resolution yet, I'm giving them a final chance and someone here that works for them seems to be trying to be help.

        Worst case I'll be doing a chargeback.

          I say this as other Cheapies im sure will be fearing the same number to Kogan porting issues when they take up these BOGOF plans at or closer to end of December activation expiry date !.

              @jjjj: My issue was resolved—@RG30 got someone to contact me, and they called to explain the reason for the failed porting. It turned out to be the account number from my current provider.
