    So I got my sim cards delivered yesterday for an order placed in early December but my vouchers has expired now. Anyone else facing the same issue?
    Kogan has not been responsive to support ticket has been raised.

      Wow - a month to get the SIM cards! That’s really bad.
      As the vouchers have expired you will need to get Kogan to fix this for you unfortunately.
      @RG30 can you help?

        I recall they had something on their website stating that there were delays with sim card when they had the boxing day sales. Assuming they received on this side of the year then sent them all out.

          Yes they did but not in early December when you ordered.

        It should not take a month to get a sim, unfortunately, due to demand I think some sims took long to be received. We are looking to rectify this situation for future. If you had any issues, please contact me
