      are you using an ad blocker or some sort of tracker blocker? coz i've done 20 orders and they've all tracked.

          Yes my desktop/laptops Firefox have ad blockers,
          On mobile I use Firefox as main browser too and keep chrome stock standard, which is what shopback uses I believe on the app.
          That way I can use tracking apps like shopback, kiwi wallet, cash rewards etc without issues.

          Another option is having a cheapo phone laying around to do the purchase from (as well as using it for multiple Food delivery apps/accs )

            @Huntakillaz: Does shopback track mobile(iOS) temu app without any issues? I always used a desktop chrome browser for purchases and missed out on heaps of mobile coupon deals like an idiot.

      same for me, I had to raise a ticket but the tracked cashback % was way less than shopback deal at the time of my purchase.

      For the TEMU 100% Cashback [New Temu Customers (Capped at $30)] is capped per account as the 100% is only eligible for New TEMU users.

        @gotyourback I entered to the challenge for the chemist warehouse spend $100 and get $10 bonus but now it's showing I spent $87.32. I didn't realise it needs to be $100 before gst being added. Please be more clear on this in the future. I only did the purchase to qualify and feel quite annoyed by it now.

    I have found shopback temus cashbacks completely random and kinda trash.

    Either. (In random order)

    1. It works and is tracked.
    2. It does not work and is not tracked.
    3. Ask to follow up, get a reply and is tracked.
    4. Ask to follow up, zero reply.

    The other shopback places have been fine, just not Temu.

      Yep, you can totally use the ShopBack app to shop on Temu and earn Cashback. Just make sure you're using the latest version of the app and clicking through to Temu from there. Also, Before going to ShopBack, make sure your shopping cart is empty!

        Additional notes: if you making the purchase through the ShopBack App, kindly ensure that you stay on the TEMU website that was redirected from the ShopBack app. This is because Cashback is available only if you visit the Temu website via our platform and if the purchase is completed via TEMU app is wont apply the Cashback @penguinez

    I’ve found it easiest to just open an incognito window, open ShopBack then go to Temu - have had no issues tracking when I’ve done this.

    Also If I select NZ as country it adds GST, am I better off choosing my youshop address which is USA with no tax? Or would that not get tracked?

    Appreciate if anyone has any answers as am pretty keen to get a VPN.

      Hey @Premoz, yes only Nord Basic would be eligible for Cashback. This is because the other plans would include Nordpass and Nordlock plans which is not eligible for Cashback.

          Usually, cashback tracks no matter where you ship, but choosing New Zealand might be a safer bet. If you choose another country to avoid tax, it might mess with your cashback. Also, do note that this Cashback from NordVPN is only eligible for New NordVPN Subscriptions & Standard Plan only
