At ChoiceCheapies we have been running regular deal posting rewards over the last couple of years (2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018). Winners have been drawn monthly initially, and later on changed to weekly. For 2019 we will continue to reward those who posted the most popular deals on ChoiceCheapies, however the rules are going to be a bit different again.
It is going back to monthly again, where winners are drawn at the beginning of the month, starting in February 2019 for deals posted in January. This would be inline with our other sites in Australia and in Singapore.
There will be 5 prizes — 1x NZ$100, 2x NZ$75 and 2x NZ$50, for the top 5 deal posters that month (total prize = NZ$350/month). Prizes will be given out in electronic gift cards from GiftPay, which you can then use to redeem gift cards of various merchants.
Top deals are determine from the number of votes on the 2nd day of the following month.
Moderators, store representatives and users resided outside New Zealand are excluded from participating.
An individual can win up to 5 times in a calendar year. We are adding this rule hoping there will be more participants and winners this year.
